Garden & Soul was created by Denise Kanyon and John Gerson in 2002. It has emerged from a desire to live a more creative life and to live from the realization that each of us has something to give to the world, and, in fact, the world needs those contributions.
We have established ourselves as a national leader in quality greeting cards with original artwork and inspirational quotes. These are sold through hundreds of gift and retail outlets across the country. Additionally, our Garden and Soul store on the famous Taos Plaza in Taos, New Mexico, has quickly become a high-traffic location.
Surrounded by the beautiful northern New Mexican landscape, we feel a great connection to land, sky and nature. We bring our experiences working and living with nature and in community to the creation of our greeting cards. Representing a growing number of artists, friends and companies with unique products, it is our intention to conduct our business with integrity, and to do all we can to build 'bridges' between people.
